COURSES TAUGHT:
Writing Courses: I have spent nearly two decades teaching a wide range of writing workshops and courses in small liberal arts colleges, large universities, and online settings. My experience includes writing-intensive seminars and interdisciplinary first-year writing courses on diverse topics such as photography and miniatures. I currently teach two online poetry workshops—one on found forms and the other on poetic closure—as well as business writing courses focused on genres like networking emails, business reports, and memos.
Global & Comparative Literature: I was trained in Comparative Literature and have remained deeply engaged with translation and transnational texts. I’ve taught a range of courses in Comparative Literature and English, including travel narratives, international crime fiction, women’s literature, and literature of illness.
